All prices do not include travel or accommodation costs. Refreshments and lunch are included on each full day of training. Amplivox will confirm the course a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the specified course date. If a reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date a 50% charge would be held. If a reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of a course date, no refund would be available. Amplivox reserve the right to alter the course programme without notice and to refuse any registration. A PDF certificate will be sent out after the course. Hard copy certificates will be an additional £50 to cover production and administration costs.

 

Payment options
Payment can be made by either credit or debit card on receipt of the proforma invoice. Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer (quoting your proforma invoice number). Cheques can be posted to:

How to book a course

    To let us know you’d like to attend one of our occupational health training courses, contact us by email at hello@amplivox.com or complete the reservation form at the bottom of the page.

    Once we have received your reservation request one of our advisers will contact you in due course.

    We will send you a proforma invoice following your reservation. (You will not be guaranteed a place on the course until payment is received).

    We will contact you typically four weeks before the course date to confirm the course is running. Venue information and timetables will be sent at this stage.

  • payment

    Pay

    After receiving your invoice, you may then choose how you wish to pay for your chosen course and guarantee your place.

    If your company will only pay our proforma invoice with a purchase order number, please make sure you submit a purchase order with your reservation.
