Returning the instrument to you
Once your instrument has been calibrated, it will be returned to you depending on the type of account that you have with us.
If you have an account with us, or have provided the required purchase order details (or other payment details), we will bill and return the equipment straight away.
Where there is additional work required, or we are awaiting the confirmation of the invoice to be paid, we will contact you straight away. All calibrations can be paid for by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
