Our dedicated, experienced and fully trained team is focused on providing you with the support you need to continue working efficiently and effectively with our calibration services.

Calibration to suit your business needs

We offer two ways to have your instrument calibrated:

A: Return to Base Calibration

Our fast in-house calibration service is suitable for all types of audiological equipment, simply send your product to us with the completed forms.

The majority of calibrations are completed and returned to customers within a working week at a highly cost-effective price.

B: On-Site Calibration

To save you the time of sending your audiological equipment to us, and being without it for a few days, we are happy to come to you!

Due to a high demand, we recommend that you book your on-site calibration as soon as possible to ensure we fit into your schedule.

Calibrating your instrument is as easy as 1,2,3!

    Download the form and complete!

    Download and complete the UK Returns Form or International Returns Form.

    When returning your instrument, please use the relevant shipping label – either the UK Shipping Label or International Shipping Label.

    Please email the completed returns form to support@amplivox.com and include a copy of this returns form with your instrument and headset when sending it to us.

    Send your instrument to Amplivox

    UK Customers

    Using the UK shipping label, send us your instrument, headset and the returns form to our UK office.

    We’ll confirm via email (support@amplivox.com) as soon as we’ve received it.

    International Customers

    Please email your completed International Returns Form to support@amplivox.com, then we’ll provide you with the RMA number to add to the International Shipping Label for you to attach to your boxed equipment before sending to our service centre.

    Returning the instrument to you

    Once your instrument has been calibrated, it will be returned to you depending on the type of account that you have with us.

    If you have an account with us, or have provided the required purchase order details (or other payment details), we will bill and return the equipment straight away.

    Where there is additional work required, or we are awaiting the confirmation of the invoice to be paid, we will contact you straight away. All calibrations can be paid for by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Calibration

Amplivox are accredited to the latest ISO 13485:2016 standard and all our audiometric calibration work is performed according to the following standards:


Air conduction – ISO 389-1: 2017
Insert earphones – ISO 389-2: 1997
Bone Conduction – ISO 389-3:2016
Narrow band noise – ISO 389-4: 1999

 

Calibration Code Request

At Amplivox we pride ourselves in providing the best products to meet your needs as well as maintaining them through our recognised service and calibration network. If you wish to obtain the calibration code for your product, you can do so by completing the attached form. All calibration requests are sent back within 5 working days.
