On the occasion your audiological instrument breaks or becomes damaged, you can be assured that our experienced team of engineers will repair and rectify the issue quickly and ensure that your instrument is returned in full working order. 

We provide a fast turnaround time with competitive and transparent pricing. The repair service applies to both Amplivox manufactured instruments and many other audiological equipment and medical instrument brands.

How to book a repair

    Having the correct paperwork, contact details and/or purchase orders means Amplivox can repair and return instruments quickly.

    To return an instrument to Amplivox, download and complete the UK returns form or International returns form to solutions@amplivox.comWe will immediately book this in and await delivery.

    Send us your instrument

    UK customers

    Include the downloaded UK returns form with your medical instrument and it’s headset. We will contact you when the medical instrument has been received.

    International customers

    Email the completed International returns form to We will provide an RMA number (this may take approximately 6 working hrs, Mon-Fri) to add to the returns form. Send us the form with the medical instrument.

    Returning your instrument

    Once we have repaired your instrument it will be returned to you.

    If additional work is required or we are waiting for confirmation on invoice payment, you will be notified as soon as possible.


You must also include a printout copy of the UK or International Returns form with your instrument and headset when sending it to us.

Fault identification service

We also provide a fixed-fee fault identification service for £99 (audiometers and tympanometers). The majority of faults can easily bed identified by our team. If this is not the case, we will provide a report and a quotation to complete the repair. The fixed-fee fault identification work includes:

  • Why choose Amplivox for my repair services?

    Our repair department has many years of repairing and supporting many products around the world and is adept and finding and fixing faults quickly and efficiently.

    Do you guarantee the work?

    All repair work is guaranteed for between 3 to 12 months depending on the type of repair. For further information on our Standard warranty, click here.

    How long will my repair take?

    The majority issues and faults can be diagnosed and repaired within the time given in the Fixed Free Fault Finding service.

    When a repair takes longer or we are unable to diagnose a fault, we will contact you accordingly and keep you up to date the whole step of the way. All goods are sent back on a next day and fully insured service.

  • Which products do you repair?

    We support and repair all screening and diagnostic audiological medical equipment including audiometers, tympanometers (impedance meters), Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), Hearing Instrument Test (HiT) boxes and Evoked Response Audiometers.

    What happens if you are unable to repair the instrument?

    In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair an instrument, we will advise accordingly, offer a discount on a replacement instrument and free instrument disposal according to WEEE regulations (worth £100). Alternatively, Amplivox can return the instrument.
