When was my instrument last calibrated?
When you turn on your Amplivox instrument, it should initially display the date of the last calibration. If calibrated through Amplivox, we will also provide a printed certificate with each calibration.

I have lost my course certificate; can I get another copy?
Yes! If you have lost your course certificate, please email your regional sales manager who will be able to send across a digital copy.
Where is my course certificate/results?
Course results can take up to 10 working days to be emailed to the individual who booked the course. The course certificate will also be sent across with the course results.
