Amplivox have been designing, manufacturing and supporting audiological equipment since 1935. We have a dedicated and experienced Repair Services team that is focused on providing you with the support you need to quickly continue working efficiently and effectively.

Amplivox after sales services are ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system accredited.
Below you will find an introduction to the Repair Service that we offer. Please contact us and we will be happy to support you!

Repair

As with everything, products will break or get damaged over time. We pride ourselves on having a very strong reliability record, many products working efficiently for more than 20 years. At Amplivox we will work with you to ensure that any issues or problems you encounter will be repaired quickly and efficiently by our knowledgeable and experienced Engineering Team.

Amplivox provide a fixed fee fault identification service for £80 (Audiometers and Impedance Meters). Most faults and issues can be identified and repaired within half an hour. Should this not be possible, Amplivox will provide you with a report and a quotation to repair the instrument.

Fixed Fee Fault Find Work includes:

  • 30 Minutes Engineering Time
  • Repair Quotation where required
  • 10 Point Equipment Functionality Check
  • The first £10 of any parts required for a repair
  • Next Day Return Carriage (UK Mainland)

What happens if we can’t repair your instrument?
In the unlikely event that your instrument cannot be repaired, we will advise you accordingly. If this happens, we will offer you a discount on a replacement instrument as well as free instrument disposal according to WEEE regulations (worth £100). Alternatively we will return the instrument to you.

Please help us by completing and emailing support@amplivox.com the relevant returns form – either the UK Returns Form or International Returns Form depending on your location.

When returning your instrument, please use the relevant postage template – either the UK Postage Template or International Postage Template depending on your location.

Please also include a copy of the returns form with your instrument.
